- An EMPTY candy box
- Butter Knife
- Translucent contact paper, or laminating.
- Scissors
- Pencil
- Hot glue gun & hot glue
- Velcro closure

- Some material for the straps & any lining [[ i.e. fake fur, cotton, etc. ]]
 
- O1. using the butter knife, carefully open the top of the box so the opening is big enough. lay the the candy box flat, and place the side with the design on your translucent/clear contact paper & trim. or you can have it laminated (:
 
- O2. "fold the flaps up & trace the center shape onto the lining. cut the lining to cover the center, and glue down on the inside". [[ sorry for the quotation, i had no idea how to paraphrase this..]]
 
- O3. place the handle on the undesired side that shows.
 
(optional) - O4. put some hot glue across the package & cover it with your fur, cotton, or whatever material it is.

Love braids, but don't know how to make them? Grab a comb, clip, and elastic and get started now!
 
1. Part your hair down the center. Beginning on the right side of your part at your forehead, twist a one-inch section of hair away from your face.
 
2. Use a comb to separate a 1/2-inch section right below the first section along your face and twist that piece away from your face, combining it with the first piece.
 
3. Continue adding 1/2-inch pieces along your hairline down to your neck. Use a clip or a bobby pin to hold the hair in place at the nape of your neck.
 
4. Repeat the twisting on the left side, starting at your forehead.
 
5. When you reach the nape of your neck, unclip the right side and hold both the left and right sides in two separate sections.
 
6. Pull a 1/2-inch section of hair from the right section and add it to the left section. Repeat with a piece from the left section, adding it to the right section.
 
7. Continue adding 1/2-inch pieces down to the ends and secure with an elastic.

1. waterr!(: be sure to hydrate throughout the day. It takes a couple of hours for your body to absorb the water, so you can’t just drink right before exercise. make it a habit to drink water regularly throughout the day.
 
2. go carbohydrate crazy!(: although the low-carb craze might say otherwise, carbs are our body’s main source of fuel. i you do intense workouts, you will need carbs, or you won’t have enough energy. if you can't seem to find a healthy carbohydrate, always remember as simple as a banana will provide you with low fiber/high glycemic carbohydrates that you need for exercise.
 
3. double up on the protein, girls!(: many people don’t pay enough attention to getting the protein their muscles need to rebuild. if you don’t, you are going to get very little out of your workout! protein is a must!(;
 
4. run & bike on hills!(: if you run or bike or walk for cardio, you’ll want to incorporate hills, to make you stronger & make your limited workout time even more effective. take them easy at first, but once you’re used to hills, you can get a good pace going.

- O1. when picking out a concealer, use one that's a shade or two lighter then your natural skin tone.
 
- O2. for heat protectent, pick one that you spray in when your hair is damp. because spraying it when your hair is dry can cause excess oil [[ & greasy hair
]], also, it as a chance of not protecting it throughly.
 
- O3. if you run out of lipstick, put chapstick on your lips & then apply a blush over it.
 
- O4. use a paddle brush to comb your hair, instead of a regular brush.
 
- O5. use a finishing spray when you finish your makeup. you can buy urban decay setting spray in a small "tester" bottle for just $12.00 in ulta
 
- O6. known fact - tea, coffee, & soda stains your teeth making them yellow. so if you want to avoid your front teeth getting dirty & stained, drink through
a straw.
 
- O7. get a toothbrush with a tongue cleaner, this reduces bad breath, & also use a listerine mouthwash.
 
- O8. i really love the toothpaste brand colgate 'optic white'. if you get both the paste & the toothbrush, in one week you see great results!
 
- O9. to avoid zits, use clean & clear morning burst every day & use a peel off face exfoliater once a week.
 
- 1O. before putting on any sunless tanning products, exfoliate. they have exfoliating pads at places like target & stuff.
 
- 11. for highlighter, use a sparkly tinted moisterizer. it highlights and it's not too heavy. i use hard candy 'glow all the way'
 
- 12. when putting eyeliner on your waterline, avoid liquid eyeliner and use pencil. with liquid, there's a better chance of it getting in your eye & causing
an infection.
 
- 13. weightloss is not all about exercise & food. the key point is motivation, if you have no determination or hope, you won't loose any pounds.
 
- 14. if you're insecure about your body & you have to go a pool party - wear a coverup. when people ask you to get in the pool, keep the cover up on. if
people give you strange looks say 'i have a slight cold'.
 
- 15. if you want a more natural bronzed look, swap a powder bronzer to a cream one. use a stiple [sp?] brush to apply it.
 
- 16. if you want to appear tanner with fuller lips, use nude pink lipsticks. if you want to have a white smile and a thinner face, go for red lipsticks.
 
- 17. if you want to change your hair color, but don't want to dye it or use lemon juice. buy henna [sp?] gel/shampoo/some hair care product. it changes your
hair to a lighter and/or darker version of that color, and it only lasts a little while. so if you're brunette and want to go blond, but don't look good with
that hair color - don't worry. it'll wash out soon! (:
 
- 18. when your brushing your teeth, also run your toothbrush bristles over your lips. it takes off any dry skin.
 
- 19. i can't stress this enough ladies! if you want whiter teeth - BRUSH FOR TWO MINUTES.
 
- 2O. if you don't have any severe acne, use tinted mositerizer or a powder foundation.
 
- 21. to keep your makeup on longer, use a primer. i have a love/hate relationship with primer. somedays my makeup stays on, & other days it slips right off.
 
- 22. if you want small tight ringlets that eventually fade into beach waves, use a 1/2" curling iron. if you want actually curls, go for a 1" curling iron.
 
- 23. for great curls, tease your hair before putting any heat to it.
 
- 24. once finished curling, instead of spraying hairspray on the curls themselves, spray a little on your hand and run your hands through them.
 
- 25. i have this strange thing, & like idk if it's just another weird antic of mine, but before i put anything around my eyes, i use garnier 'skin renew'
anti-puff eye roller. it anti-puffs your eye, gives it this shine, & creates a stcikish base for your concealer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, etc.
 
- 26. For mascara, I really like Maybelline 'Falsies'collection(:
 
- 27. Revlon lip butters = love♥ I have 'Strawberry Shortcake' & 'Sugar Frosting'. They're really pretty colors.
 
- 28. For spring/summer, I would say wear pretty natural colors. Like a cream bronzer & peach toned blush, with some mascara, basic eyeshadow, & a little bit
of a nude pink lip gloss.
 
- 29. As far as clothes, "hipster" is really in. I think some things are cute. Like I saw this slouch hobo bag that I really liked. [:
 
- 3O. Before applying any mascara, use a mascara primer.
 
- 31. #1 RULE ; WEAR BASES FOR YOUR MAKEUP
 
- 32. have a hair care routine, skin care routine, & a makeup routine all in place for school days so you're not rushing & freaking out last minute.
 
- 33. always have makeup products around your skin color, but not the exact match. you could always get tanner and/or paler - so be aware.
 
- 34. for skin care, always have a good quality moisterizer WITH SPF!
 
- 35. to avoid bad ordor, sleep in lighter clothes. like shorts & a cami, unless you can shower in the morning.
 
- 36. to make perfume last longer, use NON-SMELLING vaseline where ever you'll be spraying perfume, & spray the perfume on the vaseline. lasts MUCH longer.
 
- 37. guys normally like big eyes, so use a little bit of white eyeliner/eyeshadow in your inner corner, plenty of mascara, and keep your eyes slightly
widened.
 
- 38. if you want to appear to have a larger chest area, then buy a bra bigger then your natural size & if you have gym & it's locker room time, stuff nude
colored pantyhoes in your bra SECURELY. & test this theory first. & DON'T DO THIS OVER A WEEKEND. you don't go from a B to a D in a few days, not even a
period of a month. so just be careful..
 
- 39. never, ever, ever use tanning oil. even if you tan naturally & don't burn. tanning oil cooks you like bacon, & although you may not see the damage it's
done, it has done some.
 
- 4O. if you want to grow taller, do some strecthing. sounds stupid, right? 'strectching doesn't make you taller.' well it does. when i was like eight, i
was really small. i eventually grew into my size & am now the height of a lot of people in my grade level. & people used to pick on me, so for a whole week i
strecthed for two hours a day & over that time, i grew at least one or two inches (;
 
- 41. not really a beauty tip, but for singers - if you want a better lungs, swim laps in the pool while under water. challenge yourself. the longer you hold
your breath, the longer you hold your note
 
- 42. to make yourself a happier person & have a better vibe, listen to your favorite songs - or songs that are up beat - as often as possible. this will
make you feel better.

- 43. remember, just because you don't have a guy in your life, doesn't mean you aren't beautiful & amazing. got it? c;
 
- 44. i suggest buying makeup pallete sets. i know ELF has a 144 eyeshadow quad thing for only $15.
 
- 45. if you have any redness, take a mint leave that you put the freezer so it’s cold, then press it to where ever you have redness
 
- 46. before touching your hair, squirt a little hand sanitizer or wash your hands. your hands contain multiple oils & you don’t want your hair to get greasy, but by getting off some of that excess oil, you won’t have to worry
 
- 47. avoid stress at all costs, it just makes for more zits, a way to avoid stress is yoga. it helps you get in shape, too!
 
- 48. for nail polish, always apply TWO COATS & protection coat. also apply the polish towards the end of your nail when it starts to come off, appose to the top.
 
- 49. use a cream blush as a base, then apply a powder blush over it. it looks pretty & natural.
 
- 50. smile, smiling is when girls look their best.

so i suck at making my hair & trying new hair styles c; but this is super easy & supper cute. \ ♥
 
& i'll try putting it in my own words. lol.
 
1. Start on front right of the head and section out a large strand of hair that can be your base for the twist around the head.
2. Divide this strand in two equal pieces and twist them around each other once.
3. Take a new selected strand of hair and place it between your twisting strands, so that it literally falls through.
4. Twist the two original strands once more.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 all the way around the back of the head and towards the top of the left ear.
6. When you finish your last twist, grab a bobby pin and secure the end of the twist above the ear, making sure to hide the bobby pin as best as you can.
7. Use hairspray {if desired} to help control flyaways.
